Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed suddenly no audio or mic

Hey, my headset suddenly stopped working while watching a video and later in game as well. No audio, no mic as if it had lost power. Dongle had green light and headset had power but no audio. Temporary fix was to change audio enhancements on and back off to “reconnect”, but the issue happened 3 times more in the span of 1 hour with no indication of what causes it. This temporary fix didn’t work anymore and I restarted my PC and headset, only to no audio on startup. Disconnected and reconnected dongle and now I finally have audio again. I have no idea what caused this to happen in the first place because I haven’t done any changes to anything today. I already had problems with this headset during these last couple weeks which I thought were fixed with a clean windows and synapse installation.
