When I use my BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed on the Switch 2 in dongle/2.4 mode, turning the volume knob causes the audio to drop to a very low level — and it won’t come back up unless I reconnect the headset.
This happens both handheld and docked.
The same dongle works fine on PC, Mac, and PS5, so it seems to be a Switch 2 USB audio issue.
In Bluetooth mode, audio and volume is fine but the mic isn’t recognized (probably due to Switch’s Bluetooth limits).
Is anyone else seeing this happen on their Switch 2?
