BlackShark v2 Mic Not working after razer synapse update

After the razer synapse update, my microphone is not detected by the USB sound card. I made sure it is the USB sound card, it works on other devices like my phone and ipad. I changed USB ports on my pc and still no luck. It seems like other people are having the same issue but no one has been able to help.

    i’ve been having this issue as well. after doing everything from installing new drivers to reinstalling synapse i can confirm that it has only made the issue worse
