To fix the Razer Blackshark V2 microphone, which stopped working after adjusting sidetone, immediately disable or reset sidetone in Razer Synapse 3. The issue is likely a software conflict causing the mic input to freeze. Unplug the headset and ensure the mic is set as the default device in Windows Sound Settings.
