I just buy Blackshark V2 and the voice from mic is so bad.

it’s like broken robotic voice and sometimes incomplete like bad connection.

I try record it and the result is very very bad… i try to figure it out what happen and try to plug the jack without using USB Soundcard(Model No.RC30-0323), The mic works perfect..

I try to update the firmware to the lastest but it won’t fix the soundcard… any solution?
