To be honest, I don’t understand how this is possible but the mic is great when I hear it in preview of windows or the preview in razer but on discord is on a different level of badness. My voice sounds robotic and not clear at all, I just bought it and the sound is great but I’m upset about the mic on discord. Help ;-;

Are you having the same issue with the other application, such as Teams or Zoom? Or is the issue happening in Discord only? To further isolate, you can follow the steps here. Should the problem persist, PM me the headset serial number so I can validate its model and check for other workarounds to help you resolve the mic issue. Thanks!
