This is my first and probably last razer device i will ever buy but since i already bought it i might aswell try and fix the issues i have.
i installed synapse,reinstalled it,cleaned drivers,installed as administrator it does not show up as a device in the app.i dont knwo what to do anymore
these are not the pro version its the regular wired one. i don’t understand how to use a 3rd party eq and due to the sound quality being 2015 bass boost compilations i really need to figure out how to get them to be detected on synapse,i have a laptop so i just plug em straight in the single audio port that i have so i can use both mic and headphones
any suggestions please?
