Blackshark V2 Not detecting in synapse | Razer Insider

I have to tell you this is the most trash company Ive ever had the pleasure of needing to rely on in order to do my job to put food on the table. this is the 2nd time this is happened and on a WHOLE NEW LAPTOP.
I couldn't fix it last time it happened I’m running out of new computers.
I effn hate these people. Can’t register a 150 dollar piece of tech because I can’t remember the EXACT TIME AND DATE of my purchase. God I really hate these ppl. 
Anyone know how to get it to detect? I can hear, it shows up in device manager, its not picking up audio, can’t record my voice, can not use mic. Does not detect device in synapse, no control over EQ except on the device itself. I appreciate whoever helps in advance. 

I got it to detect by switching to the dongle but I still have no input audio and also do not have control over EQ

i just unboxed the blackshark v2 pro and i have the same problem. it doesnt show up in the synapse app.

Synapse 3 or 4?

Both, it happened in the previous version on my old laptop and now on this version on my new laptop. I uninstalled synapse. And it works just fine. 

 

Such a damn shame. Without the software this is only worth so much money. Just uninstall synapse if you don't have a week to troubleshoot. 

I just uninstalled synapse it happened on both versions on two different laptops I wonder how much the headphones are actually worth without the software

 

This is like the 9th time I tried to pin this comment too even they're trash scripts on their mobile keeps coming back error anyway if you don't have a week to troubleshoot just uninstall synapse and the microphone and the audio work just fine you just don't have access to the equalizer if you want an equalizer go ahead and download one of the free ones that were just fine

Tem 1 mes que comprei o Blackshark v2 x - ele desconectou do SYNAPSE e nao aparece mais . Consigo usar o headset mas ele nao aparece dentro do SYNAPSE . Como proceder com isso ? Nao sei se isso interfere na qualidade do som pelo fato de ter o SURROUND 7.1
