Hey all — hoping someone’s run into this and found a fix.
I’ve got a BlackShark V2 Pro (2020 model), and while it works perfectly via the 3.5mm jack, using the wireless dongle gives me audio in only the left ear. Windows detects the device, but no stereo sound.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Power cycling headset and dongle
- Reinstalling Synapse (tested both v3 and v4)
- Running SFC/DISM scans
- Testing across multiple USB ports and a second PC
- Re-pairing using Razer’s headset pairing utility
- Confirming audio balance in Windows settings
The headset’s physically fine and stereo works on wired mode — so I’m thinking it’s either firmware or a faulty dongle. Out of warranty now, but hoping to find a fix or maybe locate a replacement dongle that works with this model.
