Blackshark V2 Pro 2020 Model / showing as Device disconnected in Synapse 4

Trying everything with my RZ04-0322 to connect it with Synapse 3 and 4 without success. 

When I have installed the dongle first, testsound was there. but as soon I have tried to test Mic, sound was lost. IN Synapse it didn’t show. 

  • Firmware is newest version
  • tried several USB Ports
  • didn’t show even with cable connected
  • deinstalled and reinstalled drivers
  • repaired Synapse 3
  • installed Synapse 4 instead, and after I have switched the dongle to another USB Port it showed in Synaps, but only as disconnected device eventough the Headset was on and indicator light blue what suiggest that the connection to the dongle is standing. 

Please help, losing my nervs on this!

I’d try Synapse clean reinstall if you haven’t tried it yet:

  • Uninstall Synapse
  • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  • (Optional) You can also use 3rd party tool like CCleaner to cleanup the Windows registry
  • Then restart your PC
  • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
