I have a Blackshark 2 Pro 2022 and no sound is coming out of it even though it’s paired. I have searched the topics on here but no one seems to have a resolution.

Sorry to hear that your Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2022) is paired but still has no sound. To help narrow this down, could you please confirm whether the headset is connected through the 2.4 GHz dongle or wired, and whether the issue happens on one device only or on all devices you’ve tested?
In the meantime, please try the steps in this Support Article. Please also make sure to check the following:
-the headset is selected as the default output device
-the volume is turned up on both the headset and the system
-the audio is not muted in Windows sound settings or in the app you are using
-if using the wireless dongle, try a different USB port and connect it directly to the PC
-if using Bluetooth, test with another device if possible
-restart the headset and reconnect it after removing the pairing
If the issue continues after performing the steps in the article, please PM me your device serial, how it is connected, and which troubleshooting steps you’ve already completed. If possible, include whether the issue happens on another PC or phone as well. All the best!
