Blackshark v2 Pro 2020 No Sound with USB dongle

I have razor blackshark v2 pro 2020.
Device is working fine with the AUX cable.

Both USB Dongle and Headset are being detected by the PC.

  • Using the USB Dongle i am not getting any sound at all. Synapse 4 shows that device is powered off.
  • I have tried reinstalling the drivers (even tried the same on clean version of windows).
  • Have tried reinstalling the firmware (already on latest)
  • Have tried the pairing utility but its giving an error that pairing failed. (even though i am having a static blue light)
  • Tried on different devices with different version of windows, still no luck. (Windows 10 and 11)

Hey ​@nathanxx,

Can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? If it does, can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing?
