Hello Razer Support,
I’m reaching out because my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2020) headset no longer charging, it still turn on but low on battery.
The headset shows no LED light when plugged into any USB port, I’ve also tested it on another computer and wall charger with no success.
I have try the cable with my mouse, and it’s working just fine, it can charge my mouse
the dongle still get detected by my computer and it works
i’m currently studying overseas in the philliphines, can you help me or tell me the nearest service center in the philiphines?
