Hi!
ive been struggling for over a year trying to get my headphones to work to the point where the warranty wont even cover anything. its my first time buying razer products and im having a hard time with it.
dongle keeps disconnecting even when i try to update the software. ive tried everything from using it on different competers to different usb slots and i even did the system cleaning for razer products.
Please help
