BlackShark v2 Pro 2020 sound issue

So today I encountered and issue where after a while, the sound on my headset starts lagging and rattling - similar to when you have high ping or are loosing connection. The only issue how can I fix this is to unplug and plug again the wireless donge, this fixes is for a couple of minutes and then it starts again. Switching the headset on and off doesnt help either.

note - after further testing, it seems it might have something to do with the EQ or multiple profiles, I have 3 custom profiles with all being the same except each of them has a different EQ settings, after switching between them multiple times in a short time, the sound because so laggy and tearing you couldnt understand a word. When I use the profile wich was on when I plugged the dongle in, sound works mostly fine - the sound lags maybe once a couple minutes.
