I'm experiencing a critical issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2020) headset (RZ04-03220).
After a firmware update, the headset is stuck on v1.00.13 and has completely stopped pairing with the wireless USB dongle.
The headset works fine via cable, but is unusable in wireless mode.
Has anyone experienced and solved this exact pairing issue with the v1.00.13 firmware? I urgently need help with rolling back to an older, stable version.
