When I connect it with 3.5mm jack it works just fine but when i try to connect with dongle it doesnt work, i never had this issue before, it started maybe 2 months ago, at first it was needed to wait only few days for itself to fix the issue but now i waited almost 2 weaks and the issue still persist. I tried updating software through synapse but it says the device is turned off or need to be connected via 2.4 Ghz (it is turned on) and also the pairing utility which also doesnt work and everytime says it failed.

Let me assist you with your headset. Is the dongle still detected in the Device Manager? Can you test your headset on another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
