I own a Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 that I used connected with the dongle.
I’m also using the latest Razer Synapse 4 update.
If I use this Windows settings (allowing the native THX Spatial Audio enhancements) :
I then can change my EQ settings in Synapse 4 so everything works as intended.
The issue is that when I start some games, the volume goes to maximum (way louder than my settings on Windows) and any change in game or on windows volume doesn’t do anything until I close the game. The sound is also crackling when this happens and switch randomly volume.
To solve this, I can disable windows audio enhancements on the headset settings. But if I do so, the sound quality gets bad and Synapse 4 EQ settings won’t work anymore.
How can I enjoy my headset 100% without having to disable some features to be able to use it?
I’ll be more than happy to give more informations if needed, I’d love to be able to use my headset at its full potential.
