Blackshark v2 pro 2023 beeping

Hi, my Blackshark v2 pro 2023 keeps randomly beeping twice while also turning off all sounds so it interrupts any sound that is supposed to be playing
It’s not low battery, drivers are up to date and it’s not a physical defect cause I had the same problem with my earlier headphones since these are my 2nd of the same 2023 version
Anyone else having the same problems and has anyone managed to fix it? It’s really annoying to die in game cause my headphones keeps fcking with me and it happen atleast 5 times per day
