Hi, My Blackshark V2 Pro 2023, which I have owned for two months randomly changes audio back and forth. It becomes irritating and loud especially due to how unpredictable it is, sometimes there would be no audio on certain applications such as YouTube or game. Firmware is updated and everything such as Synapse is updated.
Is my product defective or what? I have no idea what causes this issues and have searched online for why this would be happening.
