Headset is always randomly shutting it’s self off. I have done the following:
-Updated all drivers
-Updated windows
-Updated headset and dongle
-Updated Synapse
-Uninstall and Reinstall Synapse
Still nothing has worked and I’ve done everything possible!! I should not be having this many problems with a headset that is over $100!

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also update your headset’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
