Blackshark V2 Pro(2023) don't work properly

Hi, A few days ago my Razer Blackshark Pro 2023 stopped working as usual. They connect to the computer, but instead of displaying a green light, a constant blue light remains, and the audio cuts out very frequently. Do you have any idea on how I could fix it? Thanks you for responding.
