Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) EQ and THX not working

Hello, yesterday I purchased the Blackshark V2 Pro (2023). Since all my equipment is from Razer, the Synapse 4 application was already installed. When I simply plugged the headset into my desktop computer and tested the sound, I noticed that the equalizer and THX settings were not working — no matter what changes I made, the sound did not change at all. To fix the issue, I updated Windows 11 and reinstalled Synapse, but it still didn’t work. Later, I installed Synapse 4 on my laptop (also running Windows 11) and tested the headset there, and the equalizer and THX worked perfectly. In this case, what should I do and how should I fix it on my desktop for it to work?
