I’ve had my Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 headset for a few months now and its been great. Recently, it started having static noises whenever slight movements occur in the headset. If I’m walking around and the headset moves slightly on my head, if I touch the mic at all, etc. it will cause loud static noises.
I removed the mic foam cover and it apparently made the noise less severe for listeners, but it still occurs.
I’ve cleaned the mic with air spray, cleaned the port, verified nothing looks fishy. Updated firmware. Not sure whats going on.
Is there any fix for this or any way I can purchase or receive a replacement mic? I would really prefer not to send the whole headset back on warranty.
