just picked up the blackshark v2 pro 2023 today and the mic just doesn’t work, its being detected, input volume is maxed but doesn’t pick up any sound?

Does the problem persist while connected via 2.4 GHz wireless or Bluetooth? Did you already try performing troubleshooting in an attempt to fix or isolate the mic issue of your headset?
