i just got it, brand new straight out the box and it has disconnected and reconnected twice without me doing anything
im on pc, using bluetooth.
could someone help me figure out whats causing this? thanks

To help isolate the problem, please ensure you update the firmware on your headset and download and run the Pairing Utility.
