Hi there, I live in Iran and bought the product here.
I have successfully registered it but registration code for 7.1 surround didn’t send on email!
And when I wanna get it from here https://mysupport.razer.com/app/self-help/surround-sound/index it says:
Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Please refer to 7.1 Surround Sound System For Gaming Headset for eligible products.
I don’t know why is that for! can you help me with that please
