Hi, my headset has started having a lot of audio coming through as distorted/laggy/robotic sounds.
I have tried the suggestions on the troubleshooting FAQ, have reinstalled the software / drivers a few times but to no success. It doesn’t matter if it is just one sound such as discord or if I am trying to have multiple programmes running.
Does anyone have suggestions please?

Hello there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Also, is it possible for you to try it on a different PC just to check if the same issue persists? If it does, then drop me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
