Hi All,

Fresh out the box, was not turning on, plugged in to computer with microUSB from box, flashing green light. Plug in wireless dongle, prompts synapse to open and update, no other Razer products used before. After all the updates, default speaker is set to Blackshark, LED is solid blue, no sound. There is a tone for turning off and on, and when connected through AUX cable, full sound & range is there. Look through forums for solution, find RIOT vanguard could be dancing with synapse and getting in the way, uninstall(with pleasure), restart, still no sound.

Can see “RAZAR BlackShark V2 Pro” in device manager when plugging in. Go to run “RazerBlackSharkV2Pro(2023)_0555_FirmwareUpdater_v2.6.11.0_r1” as administrator, and update software will not advance from asking to connect dongle(1).

Meanwhile headset will not enter pairing after holding for 10 seconds, have held for longer as well.

This should be a pairing issue, but I’m struggling to see how to reset it. I have not re-installed synapse, potentially not update audio drivers, running windows 10, potential windows update… CBA to do all that without a promise that it will fix it. Would rather find out I’ve been an idiot and missed something obvious!
