Blackshark v2 pro

Hi, I just bought a Blackshark v2 pro and love the sound and comfort, but i have noticed something being loose in the left earcup. I can hear it when i move my head around. Is it normal or did something come loose that wasnt suppose to do so? Thanks for replies :)
