I just recently my blackshark V2 pro less than a week ago and I noticed the sidetone isn't all too great, I have it turned on and the slider set to 100% and the only way for me to hear it is turning my volume all the way up and then again it is still very quiet? anyway this is a hardware issue? and how can I fix it if possible (on windows 11 if that helps)

    I'd like to second this... I just purchased the blackshark V2 pro (received March 12th, 2022) and cannot get sidetone to work unless I crank the volume knob to max on the headset... Doing so renders the volume control on the headset a bit useless since tuning it down remove the limited sidetone... (on Windows 10)

    They just want to hide the bad quality of the mic.
