I’m getting a problem to customise my blacksharck v2 pro on synapse 4. Everytime i click on the symbole of my headset the screen stays grey and i don’t see anything to customise it. Please help,,, I tried different things i don’t know what to do now,

Could you please send me a screenshot of the grey screen that appears when you attempt to customize your headset? Additionally, send me a private message together with your device’s serial number and the list of the troubleshooting steps you've already tried so I can properly isolate and address your issue.
