It dosent charge anymore, tried using different charger but still up to 1 percent only

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you charge the headset on another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the charging issue you're currently experiencing.
