Only the Razer BlackShark V2 X and V2 X USB variants are compatible with the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. You can check the list here. Your headset has a built-in THX Spatial Audio feature which you can activate via Synapse. Feel free to reach out via PM if you need further assistance.
