After upgrading my PC from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro, my RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 PRO headphones stopped working and I can't hear anything.
I tried downloading the latest drivers from the official RAZER website, but it still doesn't work. I uninstalled the drivers and Synapse and restarted my PC, but the headphones still don't make any sound.
I restarted my PC with the Microsoft drivers, but the headphones still don't work. I also disabled the spatial audio effects.
I updated the operating system, but it's still the same.
I'm left with a lot of useless hardware.
Can anyone help me?
