S/N: (removed serial number) serial number P/N: RZ04-04530200-R3M1 product code headset needs an activation code to open the 7.1 feature and this is not sent to me. I have sent e-mails several times. Please send me my activation code. I expect your help on this issue. Good luck.

Please be informed that the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) comes with THX Spatial Audio via Razer Synapse 3, and this model doesn’t support 7.1 Surround Sound.
