Blackshark V2 Pro and THX issues
Hi fellas! I need your help. I bought a pair of Blackshark V2 Pro and I really wanted to try THX Spatial Audio on my main game, Overwatch. Out of the box the headset works pretty flawlessly (lightweight and confy, mic works fine for a wireless headset, good battery life) and, weird for Razer audio, pretty good sound balanced! I had a couple of audiophile reference headphones in the past and, for what they are, they sound pretty decent! I hade some Razer headsets in the past and this one seems not from the brand at all.
Exept for THX.
Now, maybe it's me, but I really tried THX with several eq layouts (both presets and custom, and the one on the screenshot is just an example ) but sound is woofy, boomy bassed and muffled overall. I know there's software magic in THX but it seems more like necromancy! I don't know hot to make THX work right.
So I ask for your help: is there any effective way to make them work properly with THX?

Were there any updates applied to your laptop before the issue? Please save your Razer Synapse logs by following the steps from this link and perform a clean reinstallation of the 7.1 Surround Sound. Let me know if it helps. Else, send me a PM together with a shareable link from the online drive account where you've uploaded the files in your message. Let's continue from there.
