Blackshark V2 Pro + Blade 15 Advanced | Razer Insider

Hey all,

I am having a ton of issues trying to use my blackshark v2 with my new razer blade advanced 2021.

The headset I owned previously before getting the blade, and when I plugged it in I could only head sound out of the left side. This was odd since the headset works as expected on my other PC.

With the blade when the sound settings are set to output to Razer Blackshark V2 theres only sound out of the left ear. If i switch it to THX Audio, the sound is slow static sound.

I reinstalled Synapse 3 but that didnt resolve the issue so I did a full restore to factory settings on the blade.

After the restore I plugged in the headset and now I can hear sound out of both sides when output is set to Blackshark, but when I try to set it to THX Audio the sound comes out of the speakers instead of phones.



Has anyone hit issues like this before and what did you do to fix it?

Please restore the THX Spatial Audio driver by following the steps from this thread. Otherwise, send me a PM including the computer's MSinfo and Synapse logs. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then past the link in your message. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
