I just recently bought the Blackshark V2 Pro, specifically the one for xbox. the first couple of days was great, but then after a few days for some reason, anytime I tried streaming on discord on xbox with the headset connected it, the stream didn’t go up. I tried everything, unlinking and relinking my discord account, clearing my cache, resetting my xbox. the only time I can stream is if my headset is disconnected from my xbox, I’m really not sure what to do, does anybody have any tips?

I have the same issue—when the headphones are connected, streaming doesn't work. It only works if I start the stream first and then connect the headphones, but that's really inconvenient! It used to work when I switched the headphones to stereo mode, but now even that doesn’t help.
he firmware update v1.1.1.0_r1 (available at: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14918) fixes this issue. Everything works perfectly now. 😊
