[BlackShark v2 Pro] Crackling noise when microphone is activated - how to solve?

I have RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 PRO that I purchased few days ago. The headset is super comfortable and I like the sound from it. Even the microphone is good for short sessions where I have to move around my place and not sit in front of the Blue Yeti. Though, there is serious problem I don't know how to solve: When the microphone is activated for first time after fresh boot by Mic Test feature or Sidetone (which does not work at all what the hell...) from Synapse, when I pick it as device in Audacity or simply to have Discord/Zoom/Teams/Skype call, a crackling noise starts and it lasts until I reboot the machine, as turning off and on the headset is not resolving the problem. The crackling sound is not constant, just from time to time and it absolutely ruins the experience. I had few successful runs without cracking, but I guess I was just lucky. Even if the microphone attachment is not connected to the headset, the crackling starts the moment something starts using the BlackShark V2 Pro. I did the following without result 1. Used every possible USB port, extended and dongle, same result 2. Updated the firmware of the dongle & headset following the official guide 3. Different combinations of active devices, the cracking appears. I am not sure what to do except ask for replacement and then refund.
