Blackshark V2 Pro dis/re-connecting

When wirelessly connected, my Blackshark V2 Pro headset will give the turn off/on tone and seem to suddenly disconnect and reconnect. When it happens, it appears to be "loading" (greyed out box, loading wheel) in Razer Synapse, and at the same time my keyboard (Blackwidow V3 Tenkeyless) backlighting suddenly dims and goes back to its normal lighting level. Battery display in Synapse is above 50%. Microphone and audio work fine otherwise. The time between dis/reconnection is essentially 0 s
