I'm about to return this product. After 2 hours I was finally able to get the firmware to pair with the headset. With this I should be able to use it and actually hear sound through it. I cannot, absolutely nothing. I tried using the USB, and the AUX cable in both the computer and my phone. If anyone can help me out and guide me to get this working that would be great. But I am very close to returning this and going with another companies headset.
