Blackshark v2 Pro Issues

Hello, I recently got this wireless headset, new from Razer, and it has been having connection issues. Occasionally, it will cut in and out or make a beeping sound in the middle of playing games. It sounds like static when it cuts in and out. I have tried updating the firmware and says both the dongle and headset have the latest firmware. I have also tried to uninstall the devices and reinstall. Lastly, I have uninstalled and reinstall synapse 3. Nothing worked and it is still causing issues. Additional note: Some reviews have said with this headset they can walk all over their house and still have a connection. However, I cannot walk more than 10 ft. away from my PC before it starts popping in and out. Any possible solutions would be greatly appreciated!
