Blackshark V2 Pro Loose Piece inside earcup

I recently bought the blackshark v2, 17/11/2020, and altho the quality of the product is really good my left earcup has a rattle sound of like a loose piece moving inside it ... does anyone know what this could be?

No there wasn't any physical damage to the headset the sound they produce is perfectly fine but i can hear what seems a loose screw or something like that whenever i tilt my head forwards and when i tilt it back. Also i can send you a video but i don't understand how i should record it since the headset doesn't have any type of visible damage...
