My headphones had been working amazingly for the longest time until I left the mic unplugged from the headphones for a while. When I tried using my headset after that, the mic wouldn’t work. I went through everything in the Razer Support page for this issue, but I can’t seem to contact Support. I sent an email a while ago but forgot to check my email and the ticket closed (entirely my fault! But now I can’t get another ticket going and I don’t know why). Is there anything I can do? I’d prefer to not send back the whole headset, can I get a replacement microphone?
