I have a blackshark V2 pro Xbox version and the mic is not working. I updated the headset and dongle to the latest version and it still doesn’t work.
Are you referring to this headset model? Please try the following steps here. Check if the mic is working when you're connected to your computer/device using its 3.5mm cable. Feel free to send me a PM including your headset’s serial number should you need additional assistance.
