Hello. I bought blackshark v2 pro headphones today and there was a problem with the mute button. After muting the microphone, when I try to turn it on, the microphone doesn't work, I have to turn the headphones off and on again and then the microphone works.

Hi there,
Have you tried reinstalling your headset drivers? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then drop me a PM along with your Razer BlackShark V2 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and look for other workarounds that we can attempt.
