Hello, my Razer Blackshark v2 Pro no longer works with my nintendo switch in wireless dock mode with the bluetooth dongle... However it works well with my PS5 and my PC, I don't understand the problem. Do you have this problem? THANKS

    Did you recently update the Nintendo Switch prior to that issue? Try to update the firmware of your headset by following the steps here. Hope that helps!
