Hey Im having a problem exacly like the thread im about to quote by Wonderbread90 but the thing with me I was playing the game with the aux in the headset when i got done gaming i took it out and my headset and tried to use the bluetooth and my headsets like this  and ive had this headset for like 3 weeks now                                                                                                                                                                     “Hey, so I just unpacked my Blackshark v2 Pros, plugged it all in paired it via bluetooth (solid non-blinking blue light) and it is registered on my computer now as the default sound device. The problem now is I hear nothing, during tests, during gaming, or anything. I can see my system making noise via the sound bar going up and down but I cannot hear anything. I've updated drivers, restarted the computer, tried a laptop of mine (completely different computer), twisted the audio level nob on the side, tried multiple USB ports etc..with no luck. Now it is just plugged in and charging (blinking green) and still no sound.”
