Blackshark V2 Pro not being recognized in Synapse 4

Hi, I recently updated to Synapse 4 and all my devices are working properly except for my Blackshark V2 Pro headphones (2023 model). I am getting a blank page and cannot access any of the device settings:

 

I have tried uninstalling Synapse (and erasing all Razer drivers using the utility tool) and even logging in as a guest to check if any of my profiles were corrupted but the issue persists.

Let me assist you with your headset. Just for isolation, can you test the headset on another computer with Synapse and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team.
